About the treatment
Balayage is a hand-painting technique that creates a sun-kissed effect — natural, soft colour transitions. At Norm, we specialise in balayage on dark and medium hair. The result looks beautiful from day one and is easy to maintain — regrowth doesn't stand out.
Hand touch is a more subtle version — spot lightening that adds depth and dimension. Hand-painted highlights are a third option — thinner, more regular, closer to classic regrowth.
