We care about people with a spark in their eyes. Then we decide: a member card or not. We reserve the right to say no without explaining why — it's not about status, it's about everyone feeling good here.

Norm coworking is for masters with a returning base. If you're early in your career — you can apply directly to one of our studio teams instead. Drop us a line and we'll set up an interview.

You're after the cheapest option

Coworking isn't our core business — so we don't compete on price. We rent stations to people who want to be part of the club, not just hunt for the cheapest square metres.

You only want walls

The brand, the reception, the people who come back here after hours — it all adds up. If that's a nice-to-have for you, then we're a nice-to-have too.

Where is Norm located?
Two studios in Warsaw, Wola district: Norm Kolejowa 45A and Norm Jana Kazimierza 11A. Intimate interiors with wood, ceramics, local coffee and electronic music.
Who is this coworking for?
Self-care masters with their own client base: hair, nails, brows, makeup, cosmetology. For those looking for a home, not just a workplace.
How is Norm different from renting a chair?
We deliberately rent out very few spots — money is the last motivation for us. We want people around who share our principles and make the atmosphere of this place even better. In return you get a brand with reputation, a reception and traffic: guests come to Norm — and discover you.
How is a coworking spot booked?
Plans range from single days to year-round presence. We agree everything individually after we meet — picking a format that fits your rhythm.
How much does it cost?
If after meeting we feel it's a match — we'll send a personal offer tailored to your rhythm and plan.
Can I just come for a trial?
If we're a match, you can start with a paid trial day — at a calm pace we show you everything and help with your first guests.
Do guests stay mine?
Your base stays yours — you're responsible for growing it and bringing in new guests. We provide the space, club and home benefits. One condition: you don't work privately with guests who already came to us as a studio.
Do you provide tools and supplies?
No. You work with your own tools and your own cosmetics. We provide the space, the home infrastructure and the brand.
Can I shoot content in the studio?
Yes — the space is photogenic, masters' guests often shoot reels and content here. Larger productions we agree separately so they don't disturb others.
