About the treatment
Norm is a place where we treat you like a guest in our own home — we greet you by name, offer freshly roasted coffee or tea with nuts, and give you time to settle in.
We offer gel, Japanese, classic, and express manicure. Every treatment starts with opening sterile packs from an medical-grade autoclave right in front of you — because your safety matters to us. And we finish with a hand massage using cream — a real one, at least 5 minutes, not just a token gesture.
Manicure is for everyone — guys and girls, bikers and ballerinas. We speak Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, and Belarusian.

Coffee and conversation
We welcome you to our loft space and offer coffee or tea. We ask what you need — no pressure.
Sterile tools
We open an medical-grade autoclave pack right in front of you. You can see the tools are sterile — that's our standard.
Treatment
Cuticle work, shaping, coating — gel, classic, or none. Chill electronic music in the background, 4-metre ceilings, light from large windows.
Hand massage
We finish with a hand massage using cream — a real one, not just a token gesture. At least 5 minutes.
