The hairdresser at Norm is not a haircut factory — it's a consultation, a conversation, and finding what truly suits you. Our stylists don't start with scissors — they start with a question: what are you looking for, how do you live with your hair day to day, how much time do you spend on styling. And only then we cut.

We offer women's and men's haircuts, colouring, balayage, airtouch, bridal hairstyles. We work with Kevin Murphy products — from shampoo to styling. Lightweight formulas that don't weigh hair down and wear well. After the treatment, we'll tell you how to maintain the result at home.

Two studios in Wola — Kolejowa 45A and Jana Kazimierza 11A. A loft interior with 4-metre ceilings, large windows, and art on the walls. Freshly roasted coffee or tea with nuts on arrival, electronic music in the background. We speak Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, and Belarusian — because good conversation is part of a good haircut.

I was recently at the Norm salon and honestly, I haven't been this happy with a haircut in a long time. I got Nikita and he did exactly what I wanted (which isn't as obvious as it sounds 😅). The best part is that my hair looks good not just "right out of the salon" but also day-to-day, it's easy to style even without much effort. On top of that, great conversation, a very nice atmosphere, time flew by without me noticing. They do specialty coffee and are pet-friendly (my dog waited for me quietly), so full comfort. In short: highly recommend and I'll definitely be back 🤍
