Endospheric Massage

About the treatment

Endospheric massage is a technology in which a head with compressed air and rollers works on subcutaneous tissue — no needles, no incisions, no recovery time. At Norm the treatment is performed with the Aerosfera device, available at the Jana Kazimierza 11A studio.

How it works and what it does

The Aerosfera head massages tissue with controlled negative pressure, stimulating microcirculation and lymphatic drainage. In practice that means: reduced visibility of cellulite, firmer skin, less feeling of heavy legs, and better-defined contouring in problem areas — thighs, buttocks, abdomen. The effect resembles results known from endermologie — both technologies work with rollers and controlled suction — but the protocol and settings for Aerosfera at Norm are chosen individually for each client.

Arosha bandages — a complement to the treatment

As a complement to endospheric massage we also offer Arosha bandages — active detox compression that reinforces the drainage effect. Available exclusively at the Jana Kazimierza 11A studio — we do not offer this treatment at Kolejowa.

A course of treatments

Body contouring works best as a series. We work in 5+1 and 8+2 packages — the details and package price are discussed at your first visit, since they depend on the zone and treatment goal. A single session gives a "here and now" effect (less swelling, smoother skin), but the real change shows after a course.

Who it is for

We recommend endospheric massage for cellulite, swelling, heavy legs, after intense training, or simply as regular body maintenance. It does not replace diet or physical activity — it supports the results you are already working for.

How it works

Step 01

Consultation and assessment

The aesthetician assesses your skin and goal, and selects the zone and intensity for the Aerosfera head.

Step 02

Aerosfera treatment

Mechanical roller massage with controlled negative pressure — lower body or full body, depending on the chosen variant.

Step 03

Arosha bandages (optional)

Active detox compression as an add-on — available exclusively at the Jana Kazimierza studio.

Step 04

Course plan

We sum up the effect and, if you want to continue, suggest a 5+1 or 8+2 package tailored to your goal.

Frequently asked questions

How many endosphere sessions do I need to see results?
You'll see an effect after the first session — skin is smoother and less swollen. A lasting change in body shape comes from a course — we work in 5+1 or 8+2 packages tailored to the zone and goal. We'll agree the exact plan at your first visit.
When do the first results of endospheric massage appear?
Right after the treatment your skin is smoother and less puffy — that's the lymphatic drainage effect. A visible reduction in cellulite and firmer skin usually appear after 4-6 sessions of a course.
Does endospheric massage hurt?
No, it's a painless treatment. The head works with controlled negative pressure and rollers — you may feel light pressure, but no pain. There are no marks and no recovery time afterwards.
What are the contraindications for endospheric massage?
Pregnancy, skin inflammation in the treatment area, advanced varicose veins, cancer, and blood-clotting disorders. If you have any doubts, tell us before the treatment — the aesthetician will assess whether Aerosfera is safe for you.
How is endosphere different from a classic anti-cellulite massage?
A classic anti-cellulite massage is done by hand — it's more intense and more strongly felt. Endosphere Aerosfera is a mechanical massage with a roller head and controlled negative pressure — gentler, consistent from session to session, and better documented for lymphatic drainage. Both treatments can be combined in one course.
Are Arosha bandages available at both Norm studios?
No — we only offer Arosha bandages at the Jana Kazimierza 11A studio. Endospheric Aerosfera massage is also available only at that studio.
