Normsy Program Terms

§1. General provisions
1. The organizer of the „Normsy” loyalty program (the Program) is NORM WARSZAWA SP. Z O.O., NIP 5273066259, based in Warsaw (the Organizer). 2. Contact: hi@norm.place. 3. The Program runs in Norm salons in Warsaw and in the Organizer's digital channels (norm.place, the @normplacebot bot). 4. The Program is effective from 8 June 2026 for an indefinite term. The Organizer may end the Program with 30 days' notice to participants.
§2. Definitions
1. Participant — a natural person over 18 who has joined the Program. 2. Account — the Participant's individual account linked to a phone number. 3. Normsy — Program points. Rate: 5 Normsy = 1 PLN of discount value. 4. Level — the Participant's status based on the number of visits in the last 365 days.
§3. Participation
1. Participation is voluntary and free. 2. Joining occurs by accepting these Terms in the @normplacebot bot or on norm.place after providing a phone number. 3. One phone number = one Account. 4. Accepting the Terms is not a condition of using the Organizer's services and does not include consent to marketing notifications (see §9).
§4. Earning Normsy
1. Normsy are earned for completed visits, by Participant level, on the service value: Member (0–2 visits/yr) — 0%; Silver (3–7) — 1.5 Normsy per 10 PLN (≈3%); Gold (8–14) — 2 per 10 PLN (≈4%); Platinum (15–24) — 2.5 per 10 PLN (≈5%); Black (25+) — 3 per 10 PLN (≈6%). 2. Welcome bonus: 100 Normsy credited to new clients after their first completed visit to the salon — provided they joined the Programme before that visit or within 14 days after it. Clients who visited the salon before joining the Programme earn Normsy for visits according to their level, without the welcome bonus. The welcome bonus may be used from the next visit onward (Normsy credited on the day of a visit cannot be spent on that same day). 3. Referral program: the referred friend receives 100 Normsy for the referral plus 100 welcome Normsy for their first visit — 200 Normsy in total. The referrer receives 100 Normsy when the referred friend completes their first qualifying visit worth at least 100 PLN. Additional conditions: the referred person's visit must be their first visit to the salon; limit of rewarded referrals: 5 per reward cycle.
§5. Redeeming Normsy
1. Normsy redeem for a discount on services. Redemption is free-form: the minimum unit is 5 Normsy (= 1 PLN), in any multiple of 5. Rate: 5 Normsy = 1 PLN of discount. There are no fixed tiers and no minimum redemption threshold beyond 1 PLN. 2. Maximum discount per visit: the lower of 30% of the Participant's total completed visit value for that calendar day or 50 PLN. 3. Only one redemption per Participant per calendar day (Warsaw time) is permitted. 4. Normsy credited on the day of a visit cannot be spent on that same day. 5. Monthly redemption limit: 500 Normsy (100 PLN) per Participant per calendar month. 6. Normsy cannot be exchanged for cash.
§6. Expiry of Normsy
1. All Normsy on the Account expire on 28 February each year. After that date the balance is reset to zero. 2. Before expiry, in January, the Organizer reminds the Participant of the balance and the 28 February deadline so they can use their Normsy. 3. If the Program ends, the Organizer gives 30 days' notice and lets Participants use their Normsy before that date. 4. On Account closure, unused Normsy are forfeited without compensation.
§7. Complaints
1. Complaints may be filed at hi@norm.place. 2. The Organizer handles complaints within 14 days. 3. These Terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.
§8. Withdrawal and exclusion
1. A Participant may leave the Program at any time by contacting the Organizer or via the bot. 2. The Organizer may exclude a Participant for abuse (e.g. multiple accounts, manipulating accruals).
§9. Personal data and consents (GDPR / PKE)
1. The data controller is the Organizer. Data processing within the Program, the bot, and client communication is described in the Privacy Policy (norm.place/en/privacy, §8). 2. By accepting these Terms, the Participant consents to receiving service notifications about the Program (welcome Normsy grant, second-visit bonus accrual, upcoming Normsy expiry) via the channels the Participant uses (SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram). Service notifications are directly related to Program participation and do not constitute marketing communications within the meaning of PKE. 3. Marketing and promotional messages (unrelated to the individual account balance) require separate, voluntary consent and are not covered by these Terms. 4. Consent may be withdrawn at any time (hi@norm.place or account settings); withdrawal does not affect Program participation.
§10. Final provisions
1. The Organizer may amend the Terms with 14 days' notice; the current version is always available at norm.place/regulamin. 2. Matters not covered are governed by Polish law (including the Civil Code). 3. Terms version: 2026-06-13.
