15 July 2026 · v2026-07-15

§1. General provisions

1. The service provider is NORM WARSZAWA SP. Z O.O., NIP 5273066259, based in Warsaw (the Salon). Contact: hi@norm.place. 2. These Terms govern online appointment booking via norm.place and the rules for paying and refunding the deposit. 3. The Terms are made available free of charge before booking, in a form that can be saved and printed.

§2. Definitions

1. Client — the person making a booking. 2. Appointment — a beauty/hair service performed at the Salon on a set day and time. 3. Booking — reserving an Appointment slot online. 4. Deposit — the amount paid at Booking, a 'zadatek' within the meaning of art. 394 of the Polish Civil Code, credited toward the price of the Appointment. 5. Payment operator — Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland).

§3. Booking and deposit

1. Booking is made online by choosing a service, studio and time. 2. At Booking the Client pays a 10 PLN deposit via the Payment operator (BLIK, card, Apple Pay). 3. The deposit is a zadatek under art. 394 of the Civil Code and is credited toward the service price when the Appointment is performed. 4. The Client pays the remaining price on site at the Salon after the Appointment.

§4. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund

1. The Client may cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 24 hours before the Appointment — the deposit is then refunded in full or moved to a new date. 2. If the Appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the Salon, voluntarily waiving its right to retain the deposit (art. 394 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code) in favour of the Client, does not treat the deposit as forfeited, but records it as a 10 PLN credit to be used for the next booking within 90 days. In the event of a no-show, please contact the Salon regarding the use of the deposit. 3. If the Salon cancels — the Client receives double the deposit or agrees a new date. 4. Refunds are made via the same payment method within 14 days.

§5. Payments

1. The deposit is paid electronically via the Stripe Payment operator. The Salon does not store card data. 2. All prices are gross, in Polish zloty (PLN). 3. The Salon issues a fiscal receipt for every service; an invoice on request.

§6. Right of withdrawal

1. An Appointment is a service provided on a set day and time. Under art. 38(12) of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a distance contract may not apply to services with a specified performance date. 2. Regardless, the Salon allows free cancellation/rescheduling up to 24 hours before the Appointment (§4). 3. These Terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.

§7. Complaints

1. Complaints may be sent to hi@norm.place. 2. The Salon handles complaints within 14 days. 3. Consumers may use out-of-court methods, including the ODR platform.

§8. Personal data (GDPR)

1. The data controller is the Salon. Data is processed to perform the Booking and payment (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet legal obligations (art. 6(1)(c)). 2. Stripe processes data necessary for the payment as a separate entity. 3. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy (norm.place/en/privacy).

§9. Final provisions

1. Matters not covered are governed by Polish law. 2. The Salon may amend the Terms with notice; the current version is always at norm.place/en/regulamin-rezerwacji. 3. Terms version: 2026-07-15.
