About the treatment
Gel removal at Norm is done so that your natural nail plate stays intact. We use an e-file and gently remove the polish layer by layer — no peeling, no aggressive filing, no acetone-soaked cotton wrapped in foil for 20 minutes.
The whole procedure takes about 20 minutes. If you came just for removal — we'll do it and you're free to go. If we're removing before a new manicure — it's simply the first step of the treatment.
Sterile tools from a medical-grade autoclave are opened in front of you — that's our standard. Freshly roasted coffee to welcome you, chill electronic music in the background. Even 20 minutes at Norm is time well spent.
