The aesthetician at Norm starts with a conversation, not a treatment. You sit down, get freshly roasted coffee, tell us about your skin — what bothers you, what you've tried before, what products you use. Only then does the aesthetician assess your skin and propose a plan. There's no one treatment for everyone — there's cleansing, chemical peels, dermapen, anti-aging, hydrating treatments. We choose what's needed. No more.

At Norm, we don't criticise your skin and we don't do skin shaming. Skin is not a project to fix — it's a part of you that we help take care of. Tactfully and effectively. We don't push unnecessary procedures, we don't sell products at the door.

Studio at Jana Kazimierza 11A — a loft space with 4-metre ceilings, large windows, and art on the walls. Sterile tools from a medical-grade autoclave opened in front of you. Chill electronic music in the background. We speak Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, and Belarusian.

A really beautiful and cozy place. I go to Maria for massages and peels, I love it. They throw in a head massage with the peel as a bonus - it's pure heaven! Highly recommend!

Hydrogen cleansing at Norm is an innovative treatment that uses hydrogen for deep pore cleansing. It's completely painless, removes impurities and dead skin, leaving your face fresh and radiant.

For what skin type?

At Norm we adapt cosmetic treatments to every skin type. Hydrogen cleansing is especially effective for oily and combination skin, but safe for sensitive skin too. We'll assess your skin during your first visit.

How long is the treatment?

Cosmetic treatments at Norm last from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the type. Hydrogen cleansing takes about 45-60 minutes. It depends on your skin concerns. During consultation, our cosmetologist will suggest an optimal treatment plan.
