Facial cleansing at Norm starts with a diagnosis — the aesthetician will assess your skin type, pore condition, and any issues. There is no one-size-fits-all treatment. For sensitive skin — hydrogen cleansing (gentle, painless). For skin with blackheads — manual cleansing.
The treatment includes makeup removal, cleansing, toning, a mask, and cream. We don't criticise your skin condition and we don't sell what you don't need.
Afterwards, you'll get specific advice — what to do at home, what to avoid. We don't sell products at the door.
