Acne Treatment

Acne treatment at Norm is not a single treatment but a process — diagnosis, a plan, consistent care. We work cosmeceutically: chemical peels, cleansing, home care. We are not a dermatology clinic and we do not promise to cure severe or cystic acne — that needs a doctor. Our role is to support acne-prone and post-acne skin within what is safe and effective without a prescription.

Where we start

Every process starts with a diagnosis and acne treatment plan (99 zł, 30 min) — the aesthetician assesses your acne type, skin condition, current routine, and medical history. If we see signs of severe, cystic, or hormonal acne that needs pharmacological treatment, we say so directly and refer you to a dermatologist. We do not try to "treat" what we should not.

What the plan is built from

For common acne and post-acne pigmentation, the plan usually combines a chemical peel (250 zł, 45-60 min) — acid exfoliation matched to your skin type that reduces blackheads and evens tone — and manual cleansing (deep) (350 zł, 75 min) — blackhead extraction combined with ultrasound cavitation. We set the order and frequency of sessions individually, usually every 3-4 weeks.

What we do not promise

There is no single treatment that "removes" acne. There is consistent work, patience, and home care that the aesthetician will help you put together. If after several sessions we don't see improvement, or we suspect a hormonal cause, we say so and help you find the right specialist.
